— The Ohio High School Athletic Association has cancelled the remaining winter sport tournaments as the coronavirus pandemic continues, according to a report from our news partner WCPO-TV in Cincinnati.

OHSAA is expected to send a media release at 1 p.m. with more details about the announcement.
The state boys basketball, girls basketball, hockey and state individual wrestling tournaments were all scheduled to be held in Columbus this month, but were postponed indefinitely March 12.
OHSAA officials held a press conference March 19 and said all winter tournaments would still be postponed, but were working on making a final decision.
Information about spring sports is not known. A mandatory no-contact period remains in effect through April 5 for all school-sponsored sports.
