#sportsscores | Clippers vs. Jazz score: Live NBA playoff updates as Kawhi Leonard, Los Angeles look to even series in Game 2

The Utah Jazz took an early lead in their best-of-seven series with the Los Angeles Clippers after Donovan Mitchell erupted in the second half to lead Utah to a comeback win on their home floor in Game 1. With this being the last conference semifinals series to start, these two teams will have very little time off between games. After three quarters of play in Salt Lake City, it is the Jazz who own a narrow lead over the Clippers.

As noted earlier, Mitchell came up clutch for Utah when the Jazz needed their All-Star guard the most as he poured in a game-high 45 points to lead his team to victory in Game 1. Given his history of putting up big scoring performances in the postseason, the Clippers will need to figure out a way to slow Mitchell down tonight if they want to even this series. On the offensive end, Los Angeles will need for Paul George to have a much more efficient game than he did in their loss on Tuesday night. Another effort that is anything close to the 4-for-17 performance that George had in Game 1 will only make things tougher on the Clippers in the end.
